The residents of FFO are encouraged to explore their God-given talents and skills. Whether it's hair styling, writing, cooking, baking, decorating or whatever it might be. They are also encouraged to work with other residents who display interest in their respective talent/skill by teaching and encouraging them to learn that skill/talent themselves. As a result, everyone is practicing the life skill of building interpersonal relationships.
The goal of FFO is to provide its' residents with a venue for hope, and a broader perspective of the world around them for the purpose of enriching their lives.
